“An Olympic Athlete, I have never claimed to be, but an avid lover of a regular exercise routine that fits neatly into my lifestyle? Always! I don't feel like myself if I don't have one. I just sleep better, have more energy and strength, and notice mood-improvement when I practice a regular exercise routine.
When my local Curves closed down, I decided to join a real gym but had never worked out on machines before. I was a bit lost. I went to Tara and requested she design a workout for me that would target my abs, butt and legs. After completing her workouts I noticed a marked improvement in my physical appearance. I finally had muscle tone! I also slept better than I had in my life, achieving that deep-muscle relaxation that is one of the benefits of Tara's machine/cardio/body-bearing exercise routine created for me.
As Tara suggested, I would mix it up a bit every couple of months or so, using different weights, but I pretty much stuck to the original routine and was very happy with it. Unfortunately due to Covid, my gym closed down for good and it is a challenge to find a gym that's open in NYC presently. I will again turn to Tara to design a home-friendly workout until I can continue her gym workouts!”
