What motivates you to work out? For me working out has always been my stress reliever, my time to myself to create a better me mentally and physically. Having come from an athletic background, my discipline was instilled in me at a young age. After competing in college in track, I found myself losing my way after college since it was the first time in years that I had no coach or practice schedule to keep me on track, literally. I decided to buy a gym membership but barely had time to get to the gym with a hectic work schedule while adjusting to “adulting.” Many years later I decided to start my own fitness business to provide alternative training options including online, virtual and on-site personal training services. My various training options accommodate the working person, the homemaker, the mom, the dad, the athlete, the special needs population. I work with clients who have never worked out, to collegiate athletes to advanced fitness enthusiasts. I come to you with a variety of training options and equipment.
